Plant availability and the minimisation of unscheduled downtimes are absolutely crucial to staying competitive. Tailored to customer requirements, KBA MetalPrint offers three maintenance agreement models: Protect Basic, Protect Plus and Protect Optimum. Three service packages that cover either the servicing / maintenance of the entire production line, or of individual production-critical units. In this way, KBA MetalPrint specialists offer exactly the right level of service to ensure continued productivity of the line or plant.

E-retrofits: "Prevent downtimes due to aging electronics – safeguard production with our E-retrofits"

For the first time at METPACK, we will be unveiling our E-retrofits for the MAILÄNDER printing presses and coaters. We will be offering a range of electric modernisation kits that will bring the electrics/electronics of the Mailänder printing presses and coaters bang up to date, thus ensuring production reliability in the years ahead.

Upgrades: "Optimisation of productivity and flexibility of the production line."

Upgrades for all components of the Multicolour, as well as the Mailänder printing presses, coating lines and dryers, allow customers to increase productivity by equipping existing plants with technical further developments and enabling them to meet the growing demands on quality and breadth of products.
