HighEcon drying oven
The HighEcon LTG drying oven concept is the result of continuous development work of our ovens designed with integrated Eco incinerator (EcoTNV). The following new energy saving modules have been integrated into the HighEcon drying oven system:
- EcoTNV with automatically adjusting, flexible heat exchanger
- Significantly increased fresh air heat exchanger
- Automatic exhaust air volume reduction in stand-by mode
- Automatic exhaust air volume control between maximum and minimum settings during production
- Energy losses will be further minimised through optimised ducting design, 150 mm insulation in the oven panels and by using energy efficient motors and drives
